Areas of expertise

public classes

As Gold Partners, we offer ALL of the classes and certifications that are available from Scaled Agile.  If you know what class you are interested in, you can view our upcoming public classes. If you are uncertain about the right class and certification for you, you will find this page helpful.

on-site training

We offer all of our class in the convenience of your facility. Our instructors will travel to your location and set up a classroom environment identical to our public venues with workbooks and stationary. The classes can also be customized to suit your specific needs.

role specific coaching & training

There are several classes that are designed for specific roles. These are SAFe RTE, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner and Advance Scrum Master. These classes include both lectures as well as workshops designed to be pragmatic for your specific business context.

assessment Workshops

We offer a SAFe Assessment Workshop which can help organizations that have been using SAFe for more than a year recognize areas where they can use more training and coaching. The assessment examines ten areas of SAFe practices and builds a score card of how well SAFe practices and guidelines are being followed then provides an improvement roadmap.

Any successful change requires a translation of ambiguous goals into concrete behaviors. To make a switch, you need to script the critical moves.
