Solutions provides consultancy and training in software
development process and project management. Our focus is on helping
companies adopt
and improve their use of Agile product development processes in order to
build high performance organizations. We prefer to
have an on-going relationship with the teams that we train so that we

professionals in the concepts of Lean-Agile product
development through on-site workshops.
Our Approach:
Although our roots are in the
Scrum process we recognize that Lean-Kanban (or
Scrumban) with its emphasis in optimizing for flow and limiting
work-in-progress has a better chance of adoption, especially in larger

Portofino Solutions founder, Armond Mehrabian, has been a
software developer, consultant and development manager for 20+
years. During this time Armond has collaborated with Lean-Agile thought
leaders such as Alan Shalloway and David Anderson to provide
comprehensive training and consulting in Lean Software Development.
Since 2008, Portofino Solutions has been an Associate of Net Objectives, a world
